Every Organization has some waste, duplication of
effort, inefficencies and internal control issues. Our job is to
identify and minimize them for your organization. We use our big 4
accounting firm experienced personnel to identify these issues for you
and suggest possibly solutions.
We meet with your personnel and review your current
structure. We then create a flow chart of your current
processing procedures. Once we agree upon what is actually occuring in
your current structure, we suggest changes. Those changes may also
include changing your accounting software and hardware and/or the
elimination and/or creation of new positions in your organization or
simply a change of duties of your current personnel.
Once we have agreement of what needs to be done, we
also assist in the implementation, including the retraining of your
personnel. Our fees are much less than the Big 4 or medium sized
accounting firms who perform such services for their clients.
