Our fees are usually based upon the billing rates of our partners and staff:
Partners & Directors $250 per hour
Managers $200 per hour
Senior staff $150 per hour
Associate Staff $80 per hour
Junior Staff $60 per hour
However, we have special flat rates for small businesses [generally with $2,500,000 or less in gross receipts].
1) Taxes and Light Bookkeeping Assistance
The rate is only $650 per month. Those services include:
I) Tax Return Preparation for:
A) Individual, Corporation or Partnership tax returns
B) Sales Tax Returns, and
C) Assistance with Payroll Returns
II) Yearly Tax and business advice
III) Light assistance on the phone with accounting, bookkeeping and QuickBooks matters
These arrangements can be cancelled upon one month's notice by either party.
Under this arrangement we set up a automatic monthly payment plan using your credit card or we set up a monthly charge to your bank account where you will prepay for the charges for each month.
2) More Intensive Bookkeeping Assistance.
We have plans starting at $600 per month and up based upon the volume of transactions we need to record for you each month.
Let us evaluate your needs and determine the price of the assistance you require. We can do it at your office [you must pay for our travel time - built into our fees] or we can do it all securely using the web to access your computer or, we can keep your accounting data securely on a third part website which both us can access anytime simultaneously.
If we can also automatically download your banking or credit card transactions into your QuickBooks files, that will reduce our time and our fees. There are many activities which need help with which may have an impact on the fees we charge you. For instance, if in addition, you want us to reconcile your credit card accounts, such activites will increase our time on your account. Other things will reduce our fees such as if you review each of your expenses each month and identify the unusual transactions for us before we work on your files, that will reduce the time we spend on your account since we will not need to stop to get answers from you as we work on your account.

3) QuickBooks Training and Set-up Fees based upon the complexity of the business:
Our fees start from:
1/2 day minimum fee $ 500
Each full day $ 950
Our fees must be prepaid before we start your training session. If your training and setup exceed the number of hours originally estimated we must get paid before we leave your premises.
